1  First of all Open Settings of your Phone and click on Mobile Networks.

2. Now click on Access point Names and Add new APN and Enter

3. Enter

Apn  = JIONET4

Apn Type = Default

Enter Proxy = 202.88.241.12  

Port =  806

Server = www.google.com

And Leave All the Fields as it is and click on save.

4. After saving all the settings Restart your phone to Appy these settings.

How to avoid Speed capping:-
1. First of all Download Droid VPN Click here

2. Install and open the app and Signup or Login to Droid VPN.

3. Now select Germeny or Netherlands Servers and click on Connect.

Now you will Get the Real 4G speed Even After 1GB Data limit.
